Our client is looking for a proactive and ambitious Account Manager to lead customer engagement across both government agencies and commercial clients. In this role, you’ll deliver secure, innovative solutions that help organizations protect what matters most — driving digital transformation and security in a fast-evolving world.
What you’ll be doing:
* Manage and grow relationships with key public and private sector clients
* Design and implement tailored sales strategies and solutions
* Collaborate closely with internal teams (tech, product, marketing)
* Identify and secure new business opportunities
* Represent the business at industry events, trade shows and meetings
* Guide the full sales cycle — from first contact to final contract
What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience in a sales, consulting or customer-facing role
* Interest or knowledge in IT Security, PKI, digital signatures or secure infrastructure
* Motivated and resilient mindset – ready to face challenges and learn fast
* Strong communication and persuasive skills
* CRM experience (e.g. Salesforce) + confident with MS Office tools
* Fluent German (C1/C2), English a plus
* Willingness to travel within Germany and occasionally nearby countries (~30%)
