Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Disciplinary and operational management of the shift as well as further development of employees
2. Workforce planning and machine allocation
3. Implementation of an open communication culture
4. Monitoring and implementation of standards on topics such as quality, GMP, lean, regulations, documentation, and KPIs
5. Production or processing of materials
6. Supplying machines with raw materials
7. Conducting a proper shift handover
8. Involvement in projects (e.g., introduction of new technologies)
9. Training and support of (new) employees
Education
10. Successfully completed vocational training
Work Experience
11. Professional experience in a production environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector
12. Leadership experience
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
13. Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office
14. Fluent German skills, both spoken and written; English skills are advantageous
15. Successfully completed Lean and Six Sigma training (Yellow Belt) or willingness to complete the training
16. Strong sense of safety, quality, and responsibility
17. Structured planning and independent, goal-oriented working style
18. High commitment and willingness to drive change
19. Ability to work on shifts (3-shift system)
