Job Title: Territory Sales Manager, Germany
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of field sales professionals in Germany. The role requires strategic thinking and leadership skills to drive business growth and achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and inspire a team of more than 50 Field Sales professionals in 6 teams across Germany.
* Ensure that team efforts align seamlessly with both local and national strategic goals.
* Conduct periodic business reviews with the leadership team and the wider sales organization to assess performance and strategy alignment.
* Identify and secure high-value partnerships and execute Local Hero Acquisition strategies in key cities.
* Work closely with Sales Support and Account Management to provide a high-quality, consistent experience across all customer touchpoints.
* Partner with Lead Management to supply the Field Sales teams with high-quality, conversion-ready leads and develop data-driven strategies to identify potential top-partners in every city.
Requirements:
* Proven track record of managing large teams and driving operational efficiency.
* Background of achieving ambitious goals in global matrix driven sales organizations, preferably in a B2B2C environment.
* Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
* Proficiency in sales operations software and tools, including CRM systems and data analytics platforms.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
