Cardiac Sales Manager UK & Ireland (m/f/d) – Remote, United Kingdom & Ireland
Your Strength
* Extensive experience in medical device sales, ideally in the cardiac or cardiovascular field
* Proven track record in team leadership and territory management
* Strategic thinker with excellent commercial and negotiation skills
* Strong network within hospitals, healthcare systems, and KOLs across UK & Ireland
* Solid understanding of procurement processes and tender preparation
* Comfortable providing clinical support and training to healthcare professionals
* Highly self-motivated, hands-on, and results-driven
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
* Willingness to travel extensively
Your Contribution
* Lead and manage the UK & Ireland Cardiac Sales team
* Create and execute strategic sales and territory plans
* Develop champions for new technology and identify future growth opportunities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
* Take responsibility for direct sales and asset management across the territory
* Identify and prepare for upcoming tenders and contract negotiations
* Provide technical support and product training to hospital staff
* Collaborate closely with the Endovascular Sales team and internal departments
* Attend national and international congresses, meetings, and events
* Maintain accurate reporting on sales performance, forecasts, market trends, and CRM
