Proven expertise within the performance marketing industry and beyond is ideal. This is a fixed-term opportunity for up to two years, with a view to converting to a permanent role. Proven success in leading, coaching, and motivating top-performing sales teams. Strategic leader with experience in a growing sales organisation within a cross-functional environment. Digital media experience across online, app, search, video, and display platforms, with a focus on both brand and performance marketing for DACH and/or CEE-based brands and developers within the aforementioned categories. Skilled in building relationships and trust, both internally & with customers - providing direction, oversight, and professional development. Knowledgeable & capable of using data for compelling storytelling. Successful in selling to senior executives and cultivating strong relationships. Committed to customer experience, capable of strategic positioning to a diverse subset of clients & challenges. Fluency in German (In addition to English) is required.
