We are hiring a Lead Product Manager to drive high-impact product initiatives across our marketplace ecosystem and help shape the future of B2B digital trade in Europe.
As a Lead Product Manager, you will own a strategic product area, define direction, and deliver meaningful outcomes in close collaboration with engineering, design, data, business stakeholders - and teams at Alibaba.com, whose knowledge and technology capabilities you will actively leverage. Your work will directly influence how thousands of businesses discover opportunities, connect with partners, and achieve commercial success.

This is how you can impress us
15. 5+ years of product management experience in technology, SaaS, marketplaces, or digital product organizations
16. Strong ability to translate customer problems into clear product opportunities and impactful solutions
17. Demonstrated track record of driving meaningful product and business outcomes
18. Curiosity and foundational knowledge about AI’s impact on digital products, with the ability to translate AI opportunities into simple, effective product improvements
19. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills across engineering, design, data, and business teams
20. Comfortable working in international, cross-cultural environments
21. English proficiency; German and/or French is an advantage
