What You Can Expect:
- You will develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence in Germany.
- Additionally, you will identify and target potential clients within the logistics and supply chain sectors, using market research to tailor solutions.
- In your role, you will build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing excellent service and act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
- You will prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients. As well as conduct contract negotiations, securing favorable terms for both the company and the customer.
- Your responsibilities will include monitoring market trends, providing regular sales forecasts and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
What You Bring:
- You have a minimum of five years experience in outside sales, preferably within global forwarding.
- Naturally, you bring excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Ideally, you have a deep understanding of the logistics and transportation market in Germany, including key players, trends, and regulations.
- You are business fluent in English and have proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- With your strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, you can focus on identifying client needs and providing tailored solution while working independently with a high level of initiative and drive.
