Over two amazing years, you will go through three goal-oriented assignments, where you'll quickly acquire a broad knowledge, experience our business from different perspectives and gain a deep understanding of Siemens and Digital Industries in particular. During the assignment abroad at one of our 1,700 worldwide locations, you will improve your intercultural competence and become a more effective communicator across cultures.

3. Two years full of responsibilities, growing, learning and development opportunities for both personal and professional growth. Currently, we are looking for our Business Units Research and Development (Factory Automation / Control / AI & Robotics), Customer Services, Supply Chain and Factory Automation, Process Automation for the areas of Customer Services and Sales, Portfolio & Innovation, Strategy of international Markets.
4. Three individually designed assignments at DI locations, including one eight-month assignment abroad in one of our Siemens locations world-wide.

An excellent Master's, Diploma, Doctoral Degree or equivalent in: Industrial Engineering (technical or business focus)Business Information Systems / Business Informatics /Digital BusinessComputer Science / IT Technology / Data & AISupply Chain Management Electrical Engineering (Automation Technology, Drive Technology, Process or Chemical Engineering) Economic Sciences (Business Administration, Business Development) Economic Psychology
10. Significant practical work experience in the industrial sector and knowledge from internships, working student activities or similar.
11. A minimum of 4 months of international experience gained through studying and / or working abroad
12. Your passion for Digitalization and Digital Industries
13. Proficiency in English and for some vacancies an intermediate level of German
14. Flexibility and mobility within the program duration
