What will you do?
As a Channel Account Manager for the DACH region, you’ll be the trusted partner contact across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You’ll represent Sensolus and strengthen our partner ecosystem through collaboration and growth.
 * Actively identify and onboard new partners aligned with our growth strategy
 * Manage and nurture existing partners to become part of our growth story, by embracing the Sensolus values: Perseverance, Ownership, Trust, Customer Centricity and Fun
 * Support partners in training, conflict resolution, and fostering a collaborative channel ecosystem
 * Oversee partner performance and strengthen collaboration
 * Generate leads together: from co-hosting events and exhibitions to supporting in the field
 * Collaborate closely with partners to grow sales of our solutions
What do we expect from you?
 * Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience as a partner account owner
 * A strong technical mindset
 * Fluent in English & German (mandatory), other languages are a strong plus
 * Independent, proactive, and skilled in building lasting business relationships
 * Availability to travel frequently across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and our HQ in Ghent
 * Prior IoT or relevant industry experience is a significant plus
