As a Senior Product Manager (f/m/d) at SIXT, you will be creating solutions used globally by millions of users, revolutionizing the way people experience mobility.You will be responsible for driving improvements in our digital omni-channel customer experience for Incremental Revenue Products, ranging from self-service, check-in and on rent. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
You own and drive key features and projects throughoutthe full product development cycle: from the ideation phase, through design, specification and development, to the launch and post-release analysis
You define and prioritize product initiatives that will enable the growth and scale of SIXT’s ambitions, which is one of the major priorities of the business
You collaborate closely with diverse stakeholders (e.g. product, engineering, design, operations, data science teams) to define, build and launch products and features
You write crystal clear product specs, optimize conversion funnels, and foster a culture of experimentation by encouraging the testing of new ideas and features through rapid prototyping and A/B testing
You will leverage product data and key performance indicators to drive informed, strategic decision-making in complex environments
You develop and execute personalization strategies that tailor content, features, and experiences to individual user needs, driving engagement and conversion
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
Experience You bring several years of product management experience, adapt in agile methodologies and cross-functional teamwork, with a focus on customer-facing digital products (experience in B2C digital products or the travel/mobility industry is a plus)
Teamwork You have worked closely with cross-functional engineering teams to define, prioritize, and deliver product features aligned with business goals
Skills You arecomfortable leading andusing available data insights to help your team and peers make strategic product decisions. Additionally, you have experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to validate hypotheses, optimize features, and drive data-informed product decisions
Quality of work You areenergetic and hard-working, a continuous learner in an ever-changing ecosystem of interactive pixels, striving for the highest possible quality of work ina product with significant operational complexity
Mentality & Problem Solving You are passionate for “making it happen” and possess a hands-on mentality for flawless execution.You areresourceful and creative and capable of solvingchallenging problems independently
Communication You have strong communication skills and excel at analyzing and communicating complex topics clearly and concisely across all organizational levels
