About the role:
We are looking for an energetic Account Manager DACH region to join our team and be a pivotal part in the success of the Horseware Ireland. The role is expected to grow our business and to enhance our relationship with our retail partners.

Travel throughout the DACH region is required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for delivering strong year-on-year growth and in turn hitting their individual quarterly account and overall region targets
* Develop long term joint business plan with strategic accounts with the goal to scale their business
* Work at scale across smaller accounts to maximise growth and opportunities
* Report on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis, progress with book of business and revenue goals
* Responsible for identifying and closing incremental sales opportunities within existing book of business
* Work closely with the Regional Sales manager and the other AM’s team to identify and pursue high-potential accounts
* Work collaboratively with Regional Sales Manager in designing region journey plan, call frequency schedule and the customer base that falls within the region journey plan and update weekly.
* Collaborate seamlessly and effectively with teams across various functions to achieve common goals and drive the success of the organisation
* Conduct industry analysis and research
* Analyse sales data and collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams on developing new outreach strategies
* Implement agreed Horseware planogram (all year round and seasonal), monitor compliance and take corrective action to ensure continual compliance
About you:
* Experience in account management, sales and or retail with quarterly targets
* Experience in B2B sales, supporting retailers
* Equestrian experience
* Proven track record of achieving sales metrics
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and across many different parts of the organisation to get things done
* Experience researching, account planning, prospecting, and cold calling into a large list of new and existing accounts
* Understands who the customers/consumers are and actively anticipates their needs.
* Fluent in German and English
* Full EU driver's license required
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
* 50% travel required including company events at the Head Quarters in Ireland
