We are looking for you to join our HR team as a committed individual to strategically develop and support our human resources department:
1. We are looking for you to advise and support managers and employees in matters relating to personnel and labor law for an assigned business area.
2. You will also manage and implement the entire recruiting and onboarding process and actively contribute your expertise to the recruiting strategy.
3. As the contact person, you will be responsible for benefits, the external payroll office, and the maintenance and preparation of personnel master data in our digital programs.
4. You accompany performance reviews, provide support in conflict management, and identify personnel development needs, which you accompany with appropriate measures.
5. In addition, you will help shape HR processes and tools throughout the employee life cycle, thereby ensuring optimal personnel support.
PROFILE
6. You have a degree in business administration with a focus on human resources, labor law, or psychology, or comparable training.
7. You have several years of experience as an HR business partner or HR officer.
8. You are comfortable working with HR systems, including data maintenance and user support.
9. You are characterized by team spirit, excellent communication skills, and good analytical thinking skills.
10. Solution-oriented thinking, empathy, and a confident manner round out your profile.
