Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our AI-driven IT service team. This challenging role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of IT service management practices and hands-on experience configuring AI-driven systems or chatbots to automate IT support processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop data solutions aligned with business requirements and contribute to initiatives, product development, and data analysis projects.
* Provide recommendations for data insights and optimal tool selection and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes on internal and external projects.
* Monitor and optimize costs, meet deadlines, ensure data compliance, and adhere to governance and security standards.
* Ensure SLA adherence, optimize IT support processes, and drive continuous service improvements by configuring and enhancing AI Assistant workflows to automate recurring IT tasks and improve service efficiency.
* Utilize tools like Tableau or Power BI to analyze service data and enhance IT performance.
Requirements:
* University degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent with a solid understanding of IT service management practices (ITIL).
* Hands-on experience integrating systems using APIs and automation tools to streamline workflows and enhance service delivery.
* Strong problem-solving mindset with analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of French and German an advantage.
