In this role, you will provide technical support, train customers, and assist with the setup and maintenance of 3D printing systems. Travel to customer sites is required, but remote work is possible a few days per week. Key Responsibilities: Serve as primary technical contact for customers regarding 3D printing software, hardware, and materials. Provide technical support via phone and remote tools. Conduct customer training and assist with installation and commissioning of 3D printing systems. Plan and coordinate service activities with a proactive and structured approach. Requirements: Completed technical or dental technician training preferred. Strong technical understanding and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and take responsibility for tasks. Communication and team skills. Willingness to travel and support customers on-site.
