A Snapshot of Your Day As a Supplier Quality Manager, you ensure that our global supplier network consistently meets Siemens Energy’s high standards for quality, reliability, and compliance. Your day involves close collaboration with suppliers, engineering, procurement, and project teams to resolve quality issues, assess risks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your contribution has a direct impact on product performance, customer satisfaction, and the resilience of our supply chain.You will work in an international, collaborative, and solution‑oriented team culture built on transparency, trust, and continuous learning, with regular interaction across regions and cultures.How You’ll Make an Impact
4. Management of supplier qualification, audits, and performance evaluations to ensure compliance with quality standards
5. Execution of corrective and preventive actions with suppliers to address and resolve quality deviations
6. Support of engineering and procurement in the definition and implementation of quality requirements
7. Analysis of quality data, risk identification, and leadership of supplier improvement programs
8. Contribution to root-cause analysis and cross-functional problem-solving activities
9. Strengthening of the long-term global supplier quality strategy in close collaboration with international teams
What You Bring
10. University degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline
11. Proven experience in supplier quality management and quality assurance
12. Certifications such as CQA, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt are an advantage
13. Fluent English communication skills; German language skills are a plus
14. Ability and willingness to work in a multinational, matrixed environment with international travel of up to 40%
15. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, including the ability to interpret technical drawings and manufacturing processes
