Your new responsibilities
* Responsible for POS Sensor product portfolio incl. product roadmap
* Collect, benchmark, and analyze new applications, new technologies and product requirements for our Position Sensor Portfolio (POS)
* Define new sensor products, e.g. POS-related sensors products
* Create in alignment with product marketing a Go-to-market strategy for new products
* Manage portfolio during complete product lifecycle, incl. initiation of new product development, product changes and discontinuations
* Optimize margins, including aligning price ranges with marketing and sales teams as well as initiating cost down activities
Who we are looking for
* Successfully completed studies in Electrical Engineering, Physics or comparable
* Several years (~ 3) of relevant professional experience in product management or product marketing or similar functions
* Strong experience in Position Sensors technology and applications
* Experience in automotive and industrial markets beneficial
* Good social and intercultural competencies
* Capability to lead controversial discussions with stakeholders and customers
* Hands-on mentality
* Ability to thrive in fast paced dynamic environment
* Professional working proficiency in English and German
* Willingness to travel up to 20%
