About the Role
As a Client Success Manager (CSM), you’ll be the strategic partner and trusted advisor for key automotive clients. You’ll lead the orchestration of cross-functional teams across offerings like Embedded Software Development, R&D, Data & AI, Custom Applications, and SAP—ensuring seamless delivery, long-term client satisfaction, and sustainable growth. This is a high-impact, client-facing role that blends relationship management, technical insight, and business strategy.
🎯 What You’ll Do
Client Partnership & Growth
1. Be the voice of the client within DXC’s Consulting & Engineering Services (CES)
2. Build deep, trusted relationships with client stakeholders
3. Understand client goals, programs, and tech landscape to align DXC solutions
4. Identify and drive cross-sell opportunities with internal partners
Revenue & Account Strategy
5. Collaborate with market leaders and industry SMEs to shape account plans
6. Drive revenue growth through proactive opportunity creation and strategic planning
7. Ensure contract renewals and long-term account health
Delivery Excellence
8. Lead virtual teams across CES to ensure high-quality delivery
9. Monitor KPIs like margin, staffing mix, and automation efficiency
10. Oversee fixed-price projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
✅ What You Bring
11. 5+ years in IT, account management, or sales-related roles
12. Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry
13. Strong technical acumen (hands-on experience not required)
14. Proven ability to coordinate complex, multi-offering accounts
15. Fluent in English and German

24. Experience in managing cross-locations teams. I.e. experience of managing teams across several countries.
25. Relevant Automotive and Manufacturing business understanding
