Senior Sales Manager – Semiconductor / OSAT
An international leader in semiconductor and OSAT services is seeking a
Senior Sales Manager
to drive growth in Europe. This role is ideal for a proven sales professional who thrives at building customer relationships, securing design wins, and delivering revenue growth in a highly technical market.
The Role:
* Manage and expand key customer accounts, securing new business opportunities across advanced semiconductor packaging and OSAT services.
* Collaborate with global teams (R&D, program management, operations, customer service) to ensure flawless execution.
* Develop and execute account strategies, negotiating contracts and pricing at senior levels.
* Build long-term partnerships with decision-makers, aligning solutions with customer roadmaps.
Requirements:
* Degree in Engineering or Industrial Engineering (Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen).
* 8+ years'
sales experience in the semiconductor industry
, ideally with OSAT or packaging expertise.
* Strong track record in business development and account growth.
* Excellent communication skills in English (German a plus).
* Willingness to travel (up to 25%) and work across time zones.
* Experience with SAP and/or Salesforce advantageous.
