Führung interdisziplinärer Projektteams (Entwicklung, Fertigung, Einkauf, Logistik, Qualität und V&V) entlang des gesamten Projektlebenszyklus
Sicherstellung von Risiko- und Change Management
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung relevanter Normen, Verträge und Compliance-Vorgaben
Reporting auf Management-Ebene
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (z.B. Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wehrtechnik, Mechatronik) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement komplexer militärischer Systeme, idealerweise im Bereich Kettenfahrzeuge oder geschützte Fahrzeuge
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
