Do you have experience in product management and a passion for digital experiences?
As a Product Manager Digital Experiences (m/f/d), you will actively shape the future of our digital products — from websites to platform features — develop innovative solutions, and ensure outstanding user experiences. Join our team and help drive the digital future in the startup ecosystem!
* Develop and execute the product roadmap for digital experiences (website, platform, other digital touchpoints)
* Identify and prioritize features and optimizations to maximize value and user satisfaction
* Coordinate between internal and external stakeholders (e.g., developers, partners, users)
* Analyze user data, feedback, and market trends to continuously improve digital products
* Develop strategies for user acquisition, retention, and activation
* Collaborate with development teams and designers to implement new features and improvements
* Monitor and optimize key KPIs such as conversion, engagement, and user growth
Your profile
* Deep understanding of digital products, user needs, and customer journeys
* Several years of experience in product management, ideally in a digital environment (web, platforms, apps)
* Solid understanding of technical fundamentals in digital product development (e.g., APIs, integrations, content management)
* Analytical and strategic mindset, with enthusiasm for working with developers, designers, and stakeholders
* Independent, reliable, and able to stay on top of things even in complex situations
* Excellent German and English skills
