Join us as Solution Sales Manager and accelerate growth by shaping and selling innovative Supply Chain Orchestration solutions while acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, identifying opportunities, and designing value-driven approaches. What your new challenge will look like Generate and develop new leads across multiple channels by leveraging marketing campaigns, creating cold leads from fairs, and activating existing accounts while building internal traction across 4flow consulting, software, and management. Lead the entire sales process by understanding customer challenges, crafting compelling solution narratives, quantifying benefits, and defining scope and cost estimates. Contribute to the commercial strategy, including go-to-market positioning, solution design, and pricing model development. Collaborate with technology partners and internal experts to ensure technical and operational feasibility of proposed solutions. Create reusable sales assets and support the development of high-quality proposals. Why you belong at 4flow With at least five years of experience in supply chain management or consulting, ideally in FMCG or Life Sciences, you bring a broad understanding of supply chain processes including concepts such as S&OP, inventory management, and logistics flows. Your background in solution sales or presales for complex supply chain offerings enables you to design value-driven approaches for our clients. Strong business acumen and the ability to build robust ROI models make you a trusted advisor in decision-making. Comfort with ERP systems such as SAP and planning tools like IBP, Kinaxis, o9, Anaplan, or similar allows you to navigate technical landscapes efficiently. Excellent communication skills in English, combined with strong stakeholder management allow you to engage confidently at all levels. You thrive in dynamic environments, bringing structure to ambiguity and turn innovative ideas into actionable plans.
