We are seeking a diligent Maintenance Operative to perform daily tasks at our club. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining member satisfaction.
As an ambassador of our business, you will ensure that all equipment is fully functioning, prioritizing safety for members and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintenance of equipment and facilities
* Safety protocols and emergency procedures
* Pool plant operations (STA or similar qualification)
* Carpentry, plumbing, and single-phase electrics skills
About You
The ideal candidate should possess strong engagement, communication, and active listening skills. A full driving license or efficient travel arrangements between clubs within your region are required.
Ambition and willingness to learn and develop are essential for this role.
