Junior HR Business Partner (German-speaking)
Our client is a global biopharmaceutical company and a leader in the manufacture of plasma-derived and recombinant therapeutic products in more than 100 countries. The company is committed to treating rare and serious diseases and improving the quality of life of patients around the world.
For the Marburg site in Germany, we are looking for a Junior HR Business Partner (m/f/d) for a fixed-term contract of 6 months (with possibility for extension) as soon as possible.
Need to be in the office 3 days a week, where Monday or Friday is included.
Main responsibilities:
* Support transformation activities with focus on HR work, including policy updates, system implementations and efficient processes (e.g. reference letters, other people related documents)
* Coordinate project timelines, meetings and documentation for transformation project
* Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to gather data, analyze and use for data based decision making (e.g. for works council negotiations)
* Assist in change management activities, including communication planning and training support with focus on the EMEA region
* Monitor progress of initiatives, document delivery and provide update to stakeholders
Qualifications and Experience:
* Should be German citizen or have a valid work permit for Germany.
* At least 3-5 years’ experience from HR Business Partner operational work
* Good proficiency level in German and English
* Structured and organized
