Technical Product Manager (Remote, EU)
CyberDesk is an identity-centric data security platform. We adaptively control who - and what - gets access to enterprise data, based on identity and behavior. Our customers are international organizations operating in hybrid and multi-cloud environments, where getting access wrong isn't an option: finance, critical infrastructure, regulated industries navigating DORA and NIS2.
We're headquartered in Munich and we're building toward something bigger: a world where AI agents, humans, and machines all interact with sensitive data - and access decisions happen dynamically, in real time. We're looking for a product manager who wants to help build that.
What you'll do
You'll own our AI-powered Just-In-Time Access Control product - a core pillar of where CyberDesk is going. That means sketching concepts in Figma on Monday, sitting with engineers on Tuesday, talking to CISOs and IAM leads on Wednesday, and shipping with the team by Friday.
You'll work closely with engineering, design, and the business side - translating between them, removing blockers, and making sure what we build is something the market is pulling, not something we're pushing.
You'll report directly to the founders and shape where the company goes next.
What we're looking for
* A builder's mindset. You'd rather prototype an idea than write a 20-page PRD.
* Strong product craft. You can sketch concepts in Figma, run a discovery call, define a metric, and write a spec that engineers actually want to build.
* Comfort with technical depth. You don't need to write production code, but you can hold your own with engineers on architecture, trade-offs, and AI/ML topics.
* Great collaboration with design and engineering. You see UX as part of the product, not a layer on top.
* Curiosity and speed. You learn new domains fast - cybersecurity will be one of them, and we'll back you all the way.
* A track record shipping technical B2B or SaaS products that people loved using.
Nice if you also have
* Experience with AI/ML features in production
* A background in cybersecurity, identity, infrastructure, or developer tools
* Worked closely with enterprise customers before
What's in it for you
* Meaningful early-stage equity in a fast-growing startup chasing a $100B+ market
* Direct access to founders and strategic decisions
* Advisors from IBM, Red Bull, and Deutsche Bank
* Remote-first, async culture, flexible hours
* Annual team retreat
* Budgets for your home setup, learning, and health (WellPass)
* One paid moving day per year
