We are looking for a new member (m/f/diverse) of our Internal Audit Team at AUMOVIO in our headquarters in Frankfurt.

The purpose of Internal Audit is to strengthen AUMOVIOs ability to create, protect, and sustain value. We achieve this by providing independent, risk-based, and objective assurance and advice to the Executive Board as well as the Supervisory Board. The position has a focus on auditing in the area of Purchasing (non-production material), Sales, Human Relations and Sustainability.
As an Internal Audit Project Manager – Purchasing, Sales, Human Relations & Sustainability (f/m/diverse), you will lead global audit projects within AUMOVIO. You will play a key role in minimizing risks, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring compliance with internal control systems:
* Planning, organizing, and conducting functional, operational, and system audits worldwide
* Identifying risks and deriving optimization potential in business processes
* Leading and coaching international audit teams throughout the entire project lifecycle
* Preparing and ensuring the quality of audit reports in accordance with IIA standards
* Communicating with top management and international stakeholders
* Conducting training sessions and facilitating knowledge transfer within the audit organization
* Contributing to strategic initiatives to further develop the audit function
* Supporting the enhancement of internal control systems
Qualifications
* Completed university degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or Law
* Certifications such as CIA, CPA, ACCA are a plus
* Extensive professional experience in one or more of the following areas: Purchasing, Sales, Human Relations, and/or Sustainability, as well as several years in Internal Audit
* Expert knowledge in audit methodology, project management, and internal control systems
* Experience with Microsoft Office; familiarity with additional systems (e.g., SAP, Redis) is an advantage
* Excellent English skills, both written and spoken; additional language skills are a plus
* Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
* High level of personal responsibility, results orientation, and quality awareness
* Intercultural competence and international experience
* Willingness for continuous learning and certification
* Willingness to travel internationally (30% to 50%)
