We are looking for you as Partner Sales Man ager (gn) to join our Sales department at our headquartes in Fulda or remote in Germany starting at the earliest possible date. The position can be filled on a full-time basis.

Partner Relationship Management: Sales Enablement: Provide training, resources, and support to partners to help them successfully sell our products/services
Drive sales through partners by setting sales targets, tracking performance, and identifying new opportunities
Business Development: Go-To-Market Strategy: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute joint marketing and sales strategies
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze partner sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Contract Negotiation: Work with legal and finance teams to structure agreements and ensure compliance with company policies
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
~5+ years of experience in Partner sales or a related function
~ Proficiency with Salesforce and KPI; strong data and reporting skills
~ German as mother language and fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
