Creating passion: your responsibilities
1. Represent the Mixed Sales Companies in relevant committees, ensuring their needs and priorities are effectively communicated and considered.
2. Identify improvement opportunities in IT processes and develop strategic solutions in collaboration with local process owners.
3. Coordinate and align IT process implementation across divisions to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability.
4. Support local implementation efforts, providing guidance and hands-on assistance to ensure successful adoption of IT processes.
5. Collaborate with divisional stakeholders to ensure IT processes support both organizational objectives and specific business needs.
6. Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of IT processes, workflows, and continuous improvement initiatives.
7. Monitor and evaluate process performance, ensuring compliance with standards and driving ongoing optimization.
8. Lead and manage process and IT-related projects, including planning, stakeholder coordination, resource management, and delivery tracking.

9. Proven experience in IT process management, with a track record of successfully implementing and optimizing cross-functional processes.
10. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and develop actionable strategies.
11. Comprehensive knowledge of IT systems, methodologies, and governance frameworks.
12. Excellent communication skills, confident manner and assertiveness.
13. Willingness to travel: willingness to undertake international business travel as part of project work.
14. Languages: Business fluent in English is required; knowledge of German and French is an advantage.
