What You’ll Do ✨ Be the go-to contact for our diverse range of B2B customers, including solar installers and utilities for the German markets Onboard customers from day one after signature and guide them through the entire lifecycle. Leverage customer feedback to enhance our software, in close collaboration with our development team Continuously improve customer experience and streamlining processes Identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities and seeking out potential partnerships, keeping ahead of industry developments Strategically plan and implement projects that drive Reonic's growth and innovation What Makes You a Great Fit ✅ Experience in B2B SaaS customer service or success, with a strong emphasis for engaging directly with customers ⚙️ Technical background e.g. (industrial-) engineering Previous experience in the start-up ecosystem ⚡ Motivation to drive change in renewables and have a positive impact Excellent communication and presentation abilities in German and English Why Join Us?
