The Role: The role of HR Business Partner (Germany) will be to lead, design and execute people strategies in line with the organization and function imperatives for the German team, to enable achievement of business strategies. The incumbent will act as the lead for all people interventions for the region, including end to end life cycle management, design and implement HR practices for creating a highly customer centric organization.

Design innovative practices and ensure the implementation of people life cycle management
Oversee the monthly payroll process, ensure timely capturing of inputs, work with Finance & external payroll partner and ensure timely disbursement of salary
Ensure all compliances are timely updated in the system
Work with the Leadership team (Country Manager / Regional Managers - Sales & Service / Marketing / HR / Finance to ensure due HR support
Oversee the implementation of the learning & development (L&D) plan by monitoring the Learning dashboard and ensuring that all people attend mandatory trainings and workshops (Instructor Led Training / E-learning)
Ensure completion of performance management system (PMS) process on time with due adherence to guidelines
Implement and roll out HR processes and policies for the region and ensure compliance to all policies and procedures
Ensure flawless database management in HRMS, ensure on time and correct reports, undertake periodic audits, ensure timely updation of manpower data (joining and exits) are captured in system- draw analytics for decision making
Provides support and guidance to the Leadership team, Sales & Service Managers and other team members when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent
Ensure due adherence to compliance with local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices, reviews policies and practices and conduct periodic audits to maintain compliance
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
Ensure a cordial workplace by conducting regular team celebrations / recognition events

You must be educated to degree level Qualification within HR, or degree with HR specialisation.
~6-8 years experience in a similar role in an Human Resource Business Partner role for customer facing functions (Sales / Service / Dealership)
~ Exposure to COE functions (Talent Acquisition / Learning & Development / Talent Management)
~ Knowledge of latest HR Digital tools and practices, experience in implementation of any such tools.
