Your tasks:
1. Manage development projects in the Cabin Electronic portfolio
2. Take ownership of stakeholder management
3. Provide the support to Airbus development teams to deliver on time, on quality, and on cost
4. Ensure that all product lifecycle factors—including production, maintenance, and the supply chain—are optimized
5. Ensure Airbus Buxtehude delivers highly competitive, mature, and end-to-end optimized products
Your profile:
6. Completed studies in project management, electrical engineering, computer science, engineering, aerospace, business informatics or a comparable qualification
7. Experience in the field of: Engineering and Development IT / Information Systems Supplier management Aerospace Project Leadership and Project Management Supply Chain / Logistics Stakeholder Management
8. Knowledge in change management and risk management
9. Knowledge in Google Workspace
10. Business fluent English skills
11. Advanced German skills
12. Leadership skills, including conflict resolution, team motivation, and accountability for challenges until resolution
