Star Entertainment is looking for an experienced Concert Production Professional (m/w/d) to join our dynamic, growing team in the development and production of our film music concerts and cultural projects worldwide. Star Entertainment is an international production company, operating since 1999 in the fields of film, live entertainment, culture, and philanthropy. In film, Star began with minor investments in “Shaft” and “Mission Impossible II” and has produced films with renowned talents like Richard Curtis and Oscar-winning artists. Václav Havel honored the film “Letter to Anna,” which tells the story of the murdered Russian journalist Anna Politkovskaya.Among our most renowned cultural projects are contributions to Bob Geldof’s “Live 8,” the creation of “The Wall Museum” in Berlin, and installations with Ai Weiwei. Our concerts range from operas and musicals to film orchestra performances on themes such as Harry Potter, The Lord of The Rings, and Hans Zimmer. Coordinate and oversee all pre-production activities for film music orchestra concerts. Liaise with venue staff and management to ensure smooth logistics and operations. Manage budgeting and financial aspects of pre-production, including cost estimation and expense tracking. Troubleshoot any pre-production issues and provide solutions to ensure successful concerts.
Proven experience in event management, preferably in the entertainment or music industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and event management software.
