Your prospective job:
You are acting as a Program Quality Manager (m/f/d) in the field of Space Digital for our client Airbus Defence and Space in Taufkirchen.
Your responsibilities:
6. Develop a Quality Assurance Plan for projects developing new products and services
7. Check new customer contracts for quality requirements, track and implement changes
8. Flow down the contract specific quality requirements (e.g. to project, suppliers, subcontractors)
9. Ensure project milestones and review gates are planned and implemented
10. Perform the counter part role for customer Quality Assurance Representatives
11. Provide business process awareness, training and coaching
12. Ensure Quality Control Activities are planned and performed by the responsible people
13. Execute Supplier audits and support First Article Inspection (FAI)
14. Ensure management of Non-Conformance by project and service teams
15. Ensure customer deliverables meet customer requirements
16. Monitor customer complaints and satisfaction, trace back to root cause and track implementation of the resolution
17. Perform process audits
Your profile:
18. Completed studies in aerospace engineering, engineering with a focus on quality or comparable
19. Professional experience in aerospace and quality management
20. Confident handling of MS-Office and SAP
21. Familiar with Quality Software
22. Knowledge of DOORS
23. Fluent German and English, both spoken and written
