Your Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager, Inside Sales to join our Data Center business unit in Munich or remotely. In this pivotal role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our sales team, engaging directly with our resellers and supported by our Business Development, Technical Consulting, and Key Account Management teams.


Your Responsibilities

* Build and Nurture Relationships: Actively develop partner relationships with independent territory and account responsibility, conducting regular needs analyses via phone and email.
* Sales Management: Oversee the sale and seamless execution of a wide range of IT products and solutions to our partners and resellers within a defined manufacturer portfolio.
* Collaboration: Coordinate with the manufacturer’s account management team to ensure optimal support for our partners in project business.
* Proposal Development: Create and track complex proposals to meet client needs.
* Cross-Departmental Support: Work closely with Key Account Management, Business Development, PreSales, Finance, and Procurement to be a reliable point of contact for our partners.
* Negotiation: Conduct price negotiations for projects in collaboration with Key Account Management.
* CRM Management: Maintain project records in our CRM system and update customer information regularly.


Your Profile

* Education: Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.
* Experience: At least 3 years of experience in Inside Sales, preferably in the IT sector or a related field.
* Proven Success: Demonstrated achievements in sales and customer relationship development.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a passion for sales.
* IT Knowledge: Strong interest and understanding of IT products and solutions.
* Motivation: High self-motivation, results-oriented work ethic, and a team spirit.
* CRM Familiarity: Experience with CRM systems and sales tools, such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics (AX), is a plus.
* Data Center Knowledge: Ideally, familiarity with the Data Center environment.
* Language Skills: Fluent in German and proficient in English.
