Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced technical Product Manager – Oven Category to lead and orchestrate the full product lifecycle across the European market. This strategic role is responsible for defining a winning product portfolio based on local market sales needs and business priorities, while optimizing range complexity and launch timing.
To be effective, the role requires a deep understanding of ongoing R&D activities, emerging technologies, and engineering workload capacity. The candidate must also map the variety of different market requirements across Europe—each with its own consumer preferences, regulatory needs, and commercial strategies—and balance these inputs to shape a cohesive, efficient, and competitive product portfolio.
The ideal candidate will combine market insight, technical understanding, and strong cross-functional collaboration to deliver a differentiated, consumer-relevant offering aligned with both local demands and global strategy.
Your responsibilities:
* Coordinate and integrate the mid-to-long-term planning of oven category technology and platform, and lead the planning and development of first-generation products for the category;
* Communicate closely with the corresponding regional PM and BU to form a closed loop, and coordinate the overall structural framework design of the responsible category;
* Lead the core team to tackle key technologies and core challenges in the product development process, while simultaneously building a technical training system to enhance the professional capabilities of the local development team;
* Participate in the mid-to-long-term platform and technology roadmap planning for the category, control the development direction, and ensure the transformation between technology and products;
* Regularly review the regional OBM operational status, participate in the full lifecycle management of regional products, promote the planned launch and discontinuation of products, and drive improvements in the success rate of new products.
Your profile:
* 5+ years of experience in product management and/or innovation in technology, home appliances, e-commerce, or related industries;
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, master's degree preferred;
* Strong cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills, with domestic and international experience and multicultural thinking;
* Experience working with remote product development teams;
* Outstanding innovative and user-centric thinking, with rich experience in transforming consumer pain points into product innovations and new market opportunities;
* Proven experience in executing complex projects successfully;
* Experience in talent development and strong mentoring abilities;
* Excellent communication, motivational, and coordination skills;
* Goal-oriented and self-managed personality with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.;
* Strong problem-solving and risk management capabilities.
