What you can expect
1. You actively shape our product portfolio specialized in mobility services in the area of digital payment solutions (e.g., credit/debit/prepaid cards, mobile payment, app, KYC/AML processes) within a regulated payment institution according to ZAG.
2. You conduct market analyses, evaluate new business models, and develop innovative product ideas, taking into account legal requirements (including compliance and IT security).
3. You contribute to the strategic market orientation and support strategic and operational product controlling.
4. You coordinate agile development processes in the environment of technological payment platforms (e.g., APIs, card solutions, compliance tools).
5. You are responsible for the strategic development and implementation of products in the context of regulatory requirements (BaFin, DBB, EBA).
6. You initiate and accompany the introduction of new products as well as the expansion of existing payment solutions in collaboration with internal and external partners within the framework of a ZAG institute.
7. You work closely with the departments of the DKV Mobility Group and external partners to ensure the successful implementation and monitoring of your products.
What makes you stand out
8. You have at least 3 years of experience in product management of digital payment products, ideally in a ZAG institute, e-money institution, or FinTech with a focus on payment services.
9. You are familiar with the regulatory requirements for ZAG institutes (e.g., ZAG-MaRisk, ZAIT, DORA, PSD2).
10. You possess extensive knowledge in agile product development and the management of digital financial products.
11. You have strong analytical thinking skills and experience in creating business cases, defining KPIs, and preparing decision templates.
12. You demonstrate a high level of initiative and responsibility and are capable of managing complex projects and processes.
13. You bring strong communication and collaboration skills in working with internal and external stakeholders.
14. You are able to translate requirements from legal, compliance, and IT security into product requirements.
15. You have experience with payment platforms, API integration, and chip card technology, as well as a good understanding of IT security requirements and compliance software.
