Lead Business Development Team
We're building a market leader in satellite analytics, combining space technology with AI to solve global challenges. Our satellite-based monitoring solutions help infrastructure operators and industrial companies improve their ecological footprint, safety, and efficiency.
LIVEEO uses artificial intelligence to analyze satellite data and bring earth observation insights to enterprise customers. We aim to monitor 1 billion assets globally by 2030. As a team player, you'll be instrumental in upskilling & expanding our BDR/SDR team, ensuring go-to-market efforts align with revenue targets.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, coach, and motivate an international team of ambitious BDRs to exceed pipeline generation targets.
* Create a collaborative environment that fosters individual growth, accountability, and team success.
* Hire new talent for future team expansion, scaling the team based on business needs.
Strategic Pipeline Development
* Design innovative pipeline generation strategies, collaborating with Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Sales teams.
* Analyze market trends, customer profiles, and campaign performance to optimize outreach approaches.
* Develop quarterly plans and reports for BDR pipeline goals.
Dedicated Pipeline Contribution
* Set the pace as a frontline BDR, generating pipeline for one product.
* Balance leadership duties with individual contributor responsibilities, acting as both a strategist and innovator.
* Promote best practices in prospecting, messaging, and experimentation.
Personalized Coaching & Enablement
* Build customized development plans for team members through regular training, feedback sessions, and skill-building.
* Promote a culture of continuous learning and curiosity, keeping the team informed of latest outreach techniques and industry knowledge.
* Track performance against KPIs, providing guidance and recognition to celebrate individual and team achievements.
Operational Efficiency Management
* Take ownership of the BDR team's sales engagement and CRM tools/workflows.
* Evaluate tool usage, workflows, and integrations to enhance team productivity.
* Collaborate with RevOps and IT to assess, implement, or sunset tools in alignment with GTM needs.
Your Ideal Profile:
* At least 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in enterprise B2B, with 1 year in a leadership or team lead role.
* Demonstrated success in generating pipeline as an individual contributor.
* A strong background in launching outbound programs, multichannel prospecting, and ABM alignment.
* Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Pre-Sales teams.
* Skilled at motivating and coaching teams, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and collaboration.
* Proficient in managing and optimizing sales tools and CRMs.
* Strong analytical capabilities with a passion for using data to guide decision-making and team performance.
* Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; experience in diverse, multicultural environments is a plus.
