Your tasks are:
* Full responsibility for technical and commercial sales in the region, including new business development and ongoing market and competitor monitoring.
* Managing and developing customers, partners and key accounts on site (high travel share), partly in close cooperation with the Technical Sales team, including local trial support.
* Representing the company at trade fairs and events, including presentations.
* Managing direct business and key account supply (order coordination with Niederzissen) as well as coordinating and developing the distributor network.
* Close coordination with the head office in Niederzissen and, in the mid-term, building and coordinating additional sales resources in the region.
What we expect from you:
* You have a degree with a focus on agricultural science, microbiology, chemistry or pharmacy, economics or veterinary medicine
* Experience in the animal nutrition or feed industry, including at least three years in the sale or technical sale of additives.
* Fluent Portuguese and additional good English language skills.
* Strong customer focus and enjoyment of sales and building long-term partnerships.
* High mobility and willingness to travel within the region.
* A pragmatic, solution-oriented approach to work and very good communication and presentation skills.
