What you can expect
* Provide general oversight and coordination of S/4 Hana Roll-out Projects, ensuring successful implementation across multiple locations.
* Support and mentor local project managers to foster alignment and project success.
* Offer guidance to local teams regarding procedures, roles, and responsibilities.
* Manage project timelines, ensuring milestones are met effectively.
* Oversee external project resources and manage relationships with third-party vendors.
* Identify, mitigate, and manage project risks, escalating issues as necessary.
* Report to program management and the Global Steering Committee (SteerCo) to ensure transparency and alignment.
To successfully master this role, we are looking for the following qualifications:
* University degree in Economics, Information Management, or a related field (or equivalent).
* Over 10 years of experience in business and systems analysis, with a strong background in managing large international SAP ERP project in the manufacturing sector.
* Cross-module SAP expertise and comprehensive integration knowledge.
* Broad knowledge of IT systems, including infrastructure, applications, and development.
* In-depth understanding of GMP environments and related IT aspects is a must.
* Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and diverse cultural backgrounds.
* Exceptional communication skills, with experience presenting to senior management and other organizational levels.
* Fluency in German and English is required.
