Your tasks
9. You will take on the management of large and complex projects from various industries such as petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals and foodstuffs
10. You will support Sales in defining the execution concept and scheduling in the new or revamp business
11. You create and maintain project schedules in the software system introduced specifically for this purpose
12. You independently plan the resources required for the project in the system
13. You provide price and deadline specifications for work packages to the purchasing department
14. You will be responsible for deadline and cost control as well as risk management for the projects for which you are responsible
15. You coordinate the in-house project teams and report to the management at the regular board meeting
16. You coordinate and lead internal and external project meetings with customers worldwide
17. You coordinate project-related work packages between the specialist departments
18. You will be responsible for communicating with and reporting to the customer throughout the entire project execution process
19. You will also be responsible for setting up claims, claim documentation and participating in claim negotiations
Your profile
20. You have a technical university or university of applied sciences degree, e.g. in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or similar
21. You have a strong technical understanding and may already have professional experience in special machine construction
22. You are business fluent in written and spoken German and English
23. You are characterized by qualities such as initiative, team spirit, sociability, assertiveness, resilience and negotiating skills
24. You also have a confident and convincing manner
25. You are also proficient in MS Office and have some experience with SAP and project management software
