As a National Sales Manager (m/f/d), you will take responsibility for the entire sales process, ensuring the best possible experience for our customers through your expertise and leadership. Your Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the sales team across Germany, ensuring strong performance in both inside sales and in-clinic sales .
* Organize and oversee sales teams in all cities, working closely with the sales coordinator.
* Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for each clinic, driving growth opportunities.
* Monitor sales performance and conversion rates on a daily and weekly basis, ensuring alignment with targets.
* Optimize and implement best-in-class sales processes to maximize efficiency and results.
* Manage business projections and revenue forecasting to support company growth.
* Contribute new ideas to drive new customer acquisitions and subscription-based sales models .
* Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
* Motivate, train, and develop the sales team, ensuring the use of the latest tools and techniques.
* Oversee staffing needs, sales schedules, and hiring processes, including recruitment, feedback, and contract management.
* Build and maintain relationships with finance companies, B2B partners, and other strategic business partners .
* Ensure achievement of payment and production plans while maintaining operational efficiency.
* Work closely with HQ, Country Manager, and senior leadership on all sales-related matters.
Your Profile:
* At least 5 years of experience in sales management, ideally in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in training and motivating sales teams.
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a results-driven mindset.
* A growth-oriented approach, always looking for ways to improve performance and expand the business.
* Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
* Ability to travel as needed within Germany .
