To accelerate business development and market expansion in Germany, we are looking for a Sales Development Manager (m/f/d) in Berlin, with strong B2B sales, key account management experience, fluent in German language. Key Responsibilities Drive business development and sales growth in Germany Execute B2B sales strategy and market entry activities Acquire new customers via cold calling, client visits, email outreach, and networking Manage and expand a Key Account portfolio (KAM) Achieve and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals Maintain structured CRM data management Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and opportunity mapping Represent the company at client meetings and industry events Candidate Profile 2+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Sales Management Experience in Automotive industry or related field is a plus Strong background in field sales, hunter sales, or account management Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills German language required + English or Lithuanian language Experience in automotive aftermarket / spare parts / automotive industry is a plus Valid Class B driving license Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and entrepreneurial mindset What’s Offered A total annual package of € 72 000 – 82 000 gross.
