Your Profile
* Proven experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in data-driven or AI-powered products
* Experience with: Recommendation engines (e.g. product recos, content personalization)
* Retail, e-commerce, or marketplace environments
* Familiarity with: SQL / BigQuery (ability to explore data independently)
* Experimentation platforms and A/B testing frameworks
* Understanding of: AI/ML lifecycle and data dependencies
* Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and marketing ecosystems
* Strong understanding of:
o Recommendation systems / personalization concepts
o Customer behavior and digital journeys
* Experience working with:
o Data teams (Data Engineering, Data Science)
o Agile development environments
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to define and interpret KPIs and experiments
* Ability to translate complex data/AI topics into business value
* Strong product thinking with data-first mindset
* Ability to balance business impact vs. technical feasibility
* Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Fluent in English (German is a plus)
