Your tasks
Learn to master the following tasks in a training program (shortening possible):
1. Create complex mechanical systems
2. Manufacture individual components and spare parts by turning or milling
3. Understand electro-pneumatic circuits and assemble them
4. Commission systems and determine the causes of malfunctions in production systems
5. Check systems using circuit diagrams and drawings
6. Take care of the maintenance and repair of systems and machines
7. Get involved in internal and external projects together with other trainees,, as a trainee ambassador, at trade fairs, or in business games
8. Attend the vocational school in Idar-Oberstein (BBS Harald-Fissler-Schule) once or twice a week
Your profile
9. You have at least a good vocational school diploma or a comparable school leaving certificate
10. You are interested in mathematics and physics
11. You have technical understanding and manual dexterity
12. You have good spatial awareness
13. You work attentively and observe closely
14. You make well-considered decisions and react quickly when it matters
15. You enjoy working in a team and value collaboration
