We are a stealth-stage startup operating in the mobility sector.
We are looking for a technical co-founder to own everything engineering — from AI and data architecture to the product itself.
Design and own the end-to-end data architecture: ingestion, storage, transformation, and serving layers
Partner with the CEO on fundraising, due diligence, and investor conversations
3+ years in an engineering leadership or senior tech lead role, ideally at a fast-moving startup or scale-up
~ Strong background in data architecture and engineering: pipelines, warehousing, real-time streaming
~ Hands-on experience with ML/AI systems in production — not just prototypes
~ Fluent in English (written and verbal)
~ Additional European languages (German especially welcome)
Hands-on and execution-focused — comfortable doing before delegating
