ABOUT THIS ROLE As a Facilities Project Manager, you will support and drive projects related to our Facilities (as primary focus) and more widely, initiatives in the field of Workplace (incl. Real Estate) strategies. Reporting into our Berlin Real Estate and Workplace lead, you will be a part of our People & Places team and will work closely with our Global teams. ABOUT YOU You will leverage your strong experience in facilities and real estate to support the Places Team in different critical projects. You excel at project management and enjoy to work across different functions and varied stakeholders. As a Facilities Project Manager, you will... - Manage the implementation of different projects related to our Workplace strategy for the Berlin campus - For each project, develop and execute a detailed project plan to ensure the implementation of critical projects for partners and Audible stakeholders to drive the project forward - Identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks, proposing solutions and mitigating risks - Collaborate closely with the wider team to ensure alignment and effective communication across workstreams - Provide project management support for all facilities-related aspects, including budgeting, timelines, invoicing, and cost center coding - Assist the team lead as needed and provide coverage for BAU tasks during absences - Comply with all health and safety policies and procedures ABOUT AUDIBLE Audible is the leading producer and provider of audio storytelling.
