Carpet Sales Manager – Germany & Europe Region
We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven Carpet Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales activities in Germany and across the European market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and develop carpet sales operations in Germany and Europe,
* Develop and implement regional sales strategies,
* Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities,
* Set, monitor, and report on sales targets,
* Analyze market trends and competitors to enhance our competitive advantage,
* Collaborate closely with the sales team to improve overall performance.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the carpet, textile, or related industries within Germany and Europe,
* Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken),
* Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills,
* Proven track record in B2B sales with a customer-focused approach,
* Willingness to travel and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
