As Sales Manager for Germany and Northern Europe, you will be responsible for growing the company’s footprint in the region, with a focus on acquiring and developing clients from the food processing, packaging, and manufacturing sectors. You will work closely with internal technical teams to offer tailored, value-adding solutions and act as a strategic partner to key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain relationships with B2B clients across Germany and Northern Europe
* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the food industry and related segments
* Act as a trusted commercial interface between clients and internal engineering/service teams
* Represent the company at trade fairs, industry events, and on-site customer visits
* Monitor market trends and contribute to the regional commercial strategy
* Ensure high customer satisfaction through regular engagement and responsive support
Your Profile:
* Native-level German and professional English proficiency
* Solid track record in B2B sales, ideally with customers from the food manufacturing or food packaging industry
* Strong commercial acumen and solution-oriented mindset
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Experience working with international customers is a strong asset
* Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region
