Your mission
As a Senior Product Manager you will work closely with a cross functional team to develop and evolve our social network.
* Take end to end ownership of a product area from problem discovery to solution delivery and impact measurement.
* Define drive and continuously refine an outcome oriented data-driven product roadmap aligned with company OKRs.
* Use qualitative and quantitative insights to deeply understand customer needs and translate them into clear product opportunities.
* Make data driven decisions by defining success metrics evaluating impact and iterating based on learnings.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities while maintaining our user-centric approach.
* Act as a strong product leader within the team by fostering experimentation clear prioritization and continuous improvement.
Your profile
* A degree in Business Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in product management with responsibility for complex product areas.
* Experience in user-centered design and agile methodologies with a focus on balancing business goals and user satisfaction.
* High analytical skills and confidence working with data to inform decisions and measure success.
* Exceptional leadership and communication skills with a knack for aligning diverse teams around shared goals.
* Passionate about creating meaningful connections in urban communities while driving sustainable business growth.
* Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment with a hands on and ownership driven attitude.
