Responsibilities
1. Drive the development, optimization and lifecycle management of the ServiceNow-based OSS modules (OMT and TNI) that support order management, provisioning and fulfillment processes
2. Translate complex telecom business requirements into clear technical specifications and ensure that the platform supports scalable, reliable and automated service delivery
3. Define and prioritize the product backlog for the OSS domain, specifically focusing on Order Management and Inventory
4. Translate high-level business goals into detailed technical user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team
5. Manage the roadmap for ServiceNow OMT and TNI implementation, ensuring alignment with the broader fiber rollout strategy
6. Design end-to-end Service Fulfillment and Provisioning workflows (from order entry to activation)
7. Define logic for Service Decomposition
8. Architect solutions for Fallout Management: Define rules for exception handling to minimize manual intervention during order failures
9. Plan for high-volume scalability, ensuring the system can handle mass-market order spikes common in fiber rollouts
10. Define the Service Inventory and Resource Inventory data models within TNI
11. Define requirements for API integrations between ServiceNow and surrounding systems (CRM, Network Activation systems/NMS)
Profile
12. Profound knowledge of Telecom Order Management, Service Provisioning and Fulfillment processes within a Fixed Network/ Fiber (FTTH/B) context
13. Deep understanding of complex telecom workflows, including MACD (Move, Add, Change, Delete), fallout management and jeopardy management
14. Ability to discuss API payloads, data modeling (SID) and system performance with developers
15. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules ONT & TNI
16. Strong experience with comparable OSS/BSS platforms (, Netcracker, Amdocs)
17. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
18. Ideally experience with TM Forum standards (eTOM process framework, SID information model)
19. German language skills are advantageous; English fluency is mandatory
