**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a seasoned Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our Entertainment Systems Team in the ProAudio division at our headquarters in Rellingen.
The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategic plans to grow our presence in the live entertainment, touring, rental, broadcast, and event production markets across Central and East Europe.
* Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for our Entertainment ProAudio portfolio
* Lead the sales team to drive revenue growth and market share across territories
* Be an active part of the European Leadership Team and collaborate across regions, departments, and externally with key channel partners, integrators, and rental companies
* Manage product launches, promotional campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
* Represent us at key industry events, trade shows, and customer engagements
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
* Proven experience in sales and/or marketing in the ProAudio industry
* University degree in business administration or an equivalent qualification
* Excellent skills in relevant fields of competence
* Leadership qualities in international teams
* Strategic worker with a hands-on mentality
* Authentic communicator familiar with Salesforce and SAP S4/HANA and able to analyze data and KPI
